Hi, I'm Guillaume Ronnel

I completed an intensive Data Science & AI bootcamp at Le Wagon, where I studied and developed skills in data analysis, data science, machine learning, deep learning, and model deployment through projects and real-world problem solving. The program combined technical foundations with applied work in Python, SQL, statistics, and production-oriented ML workflows.

What I learned

• Built a solid foundation in data science with Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization tools.
• Learned statistical methods such as hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and regression for data-driven analysis.
• Applied machine learning with Scikit-learn and XGBoost, including data preparation, model building, evaluation, and tuning.
• Explored deep learning with TensorFlow, Keras, and transformers for image, text, and sequence tasks.
• Gained experience in ML engineering and deployment using tools like Docker, FastAPI, Streamlit, MLflow, and Prefect.
• Completed a final team project covering the full pipeline from data preparation to deployment.

Album Release - Project

Artist Release is a full-stack web app developed during as a thesis project, focused on music artist search and tracking. Built with a React frontend, Node.js backend, and MongoDB, the application integrates data from Last.fm and MusicBrainz to display artist information through search and autocomplete features.

• Built a MongoDB database and developed the backend with Node.js.
• Integrated external APIs including Last.fm, MusicBrainz, and Fanart.tv.
• Created album components in React.js and implemented dynamic routing with Next.js.
• Added conflict management features and refined key UI components.

Hackatweet (Hackathon)

• Built a Twitter clone with MongoDB, Node.js, and React.js.

TicketHack (Hackathon)

• Developed a train reservation app with MongoDB, Node.js, and JavaScript.

Additional Technologies

• React Native, Express.js, TypeScript, Redux, Jest, Vercel.

One-year BTS in Computer Systems, specializing in IT and Networks, with GRETA. I studied Linux, C++, and Qt through projects, and worked on my thesis project using SAP UI5 with a SAP HANA database. On the networking side, I learned the fundamentals of network architecture, IP addressing, device configuration, and troubleshooting.
